HOMEWOOD, AL – Birmingham Total Traffic reports that a crash left multiple lanes of traffic blocked on I-65 SB in Homewood on Monday evening.
The crash was reported by ALDOT shortly after 7:00 p.m. near Exit 258 for Green Springs Avenue. Two southbound right lanes were blocked on the interstate following the accident, causing stopped traffic back to Exit 261A.
The cause of the crash remains unknown at this time. We will update this post as further details are released.
