BIRMINGHAM, AL – A 21-year-old woman died Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision involving a dump truck in the North Avondale area of Birmingham.
The incident occurred at 3:40 p.m. in the area of 3900 First Avenue North, which is near the intersection with 39th Street North.
There’s no word yet on the cause or circumstances of the collision.
The driver of the vehicle sustained fatal injuries in the crash. Authorities identified her as Miracle Trudestiny Morrow of Birmingham.
Medics transported a minor from the vehicle to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
No other injuries have been reported.
