Narrative
BIRMINGHAM, AL – Two adults and a child died Sunday evening in a two-vehicle crash in central Birmingham.
The accident occurred shortly before 5 p.m. at the intersection of Arkadelphia Road and Eighth Terrace West, which is just northwest of Legion Field in the College Hills area.
Police haven’t yet specified the cause of the collision, which they say involved a Ford Crown Victoria and a Chevrolet Traverse.
The driver, an adult passenger, and a six-year-old child from the Ford sustained fatal injuries. Authorities identified the victims as 36-year-old Karen Renee King, 36-year-old Earl Lee Evans III, and 6-year-old Caiden Evans.
No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the crash.
