WINSTON COUNTY, AL – A 34-year-old man succumbed to fatal wounds after he crashed his 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche into a sign and when his car overturned and caught on fire. This collision occurred on U.S. Highway 278 near Glover Road on Friday. Prior to the flames, the motorist — Seth Urfer (who was not restrained )— was thrown from his vehicle. First responders took Urfer to Cullman Regional Medical Center, where he later died. Officials are investigating additional details and have not provided more information.
