BIRMINGHAM, AL – A Mulga woman died from her injuries in a multi-vehicle accident over the weekend, the Trussville Tribune reports.
A woman was driving south on Pinson Valley Parkway when her car was rear-ended.
The accident happened on Saturday night, near the Pinson Valley Parkway and Meadow Craft Road intersection.
The driver, a 73-year-old woman from Mulga, succumbed to her injuries shortly after she was taken to a hospital.
The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene and is currently wanted by local authorities.
Deputies with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office are investigating.
